Quick booking FAQ

What happens after I pay the deposit?

We confirm the appointment, note your vehicle and service type, and arrive with the correct tooling for diagnostics, backup and flash. Remaining balance is due on completion unless a fleet account is agreed.

Will you remap a vehicle with fault codes?

No. Active faults are diagnosed first. If the powertrain is not healthy enough for a safe calibration, we explain the findings and refund the deposit under the diagnostic stop rule.

Which areas can I book?

Bournemouth, Poole, wider Dorset, Southampton, Hampshire, Wiltshire and nationwide by arrangement. Enter your postcode on the form so we can plan travel efficiently.

Is Stage 1 the right choice?

Most standard cars and vans start with Stage 1. Choose Stage 2 only when supporting hardware is fitted. Economy and TCU options are listed on the form. See the FAQ index if you are unsure.
